Unless Pacific Vape Supply has made a mistake with your order, for sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns or trade-ins.
USERS DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Pacific Vape Supply immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products. For damaged product (i.e. bottle or cap malfunction), please be sure to take a photo of the batch number located on bottom of label and send to us for identification purposes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Pacific Vape Supply. Discrepancies must be reported to Pacific Vape Supply within 2 weeks of receiving the package.
